What does the APA Board of Directors do?

Management of Extracurricular Activities


The APA is in charge of organizing different activities aimed at complementing the training of our children, providing a service to families and making it possible to reconcile work and family life.


To participate in extracurricular activities, and / or excursions, and / or parties, it is essential to belong to the Association, with the payment of the annual family fee of 46.00 euros by direct debit. Payments are made from 1 to 5 of every month, and the charge is rolled over to the past month. Activities begin in October and end in May.


To register your sons and daughters you must:

The activities will be for months and must be communicated at the APA office, both registrations, modifications or cancellations, 5 days before the beginning of the month.

Given the current situation with COVID-19, both activities and places are limited this school year, places will be awarded in order of arrival until quota is covered, the rest of the applications will be placed on the waiting list.


Excursion management


The APA is also in charge of planning excursions, always adapted to different ages, and which serve to enrich the training of the students.

Payments are made in several installments, thus facilitating the full payment of the trip.

The excursions do not admit cancellations, except for justified medical reasons by means of a certificate that specifies the reason for the cancellation and that travel is not medically recommended.


Those who belong to the Parents Association at the time of sending the registration have preference. Subsequently, new registrations will be admitted, after payment of the APA fee. Given the current situation with COVID-19, no trips are planned for the moment, although we hope that the situation will normalize soon so that we can enjoy so many incredible experiences.


Financial contributions to the school


From the APA we want to make you part of some of the economic collaborations that we carry out every year to improve the school's facilities:


    Reform of the outdoor patio of Ed. Infantil. Laying of the rubber floor of the playground. It was a request that some parents of our youngest children sent us.
